The brief
A plant in their brand. None of the running.
ACC (Adani Group) wanted a plant at Bagalur with its name on the gate, without tying up its own capital or its own operations team. The ask: a 60 m³/hr plant, put up and run by a partner who would answer for it.

What we did
Planned the yard first. Then beat the brief.
- One-way yard: mixers come in, load and leave without crossing.
- 75 m³/hr Aquarius twin-shaft plant, 400 t of silos. Asked for 60 m³/hr.
- Recycling tank for wash water and returns. Dust control designed in.
- Painted and signed in the client's brand. Our team on every shift.
- 2 months from empty ground to first pour.

Today
The client sells. We make.
In production since 2026, grades up to M60. The client's team gets a daily sheet, not a daily phone call. The layout and branding worked out here are now the GDN standard.
Who was behind it
GDN's first plant. Not the team's first plant.
The same people run GMN Concrete, the ready-mix company our founder started in 2019, with two plants of its own in Bengaluru. Three generations in quarrying and construction materials. A general manager with nineteen years in ready-mix across India and the Gulf.
